Description

“Skookum” is a Chinook word for the creature commonly known as Bigfoot.  Many locations throughout the Pacific Northwest bear this name.  One such place is Skookum Meadows in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest Washington State.  In the year 2000 a cast was made of what some believe to be a partial body imprint of a Bigfoot.

Developed for all-purpose use, this coffee offers a complexity of flavors that thrives in drip coffee makers and press pots.
