Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
1teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder (Substitute espresso powder with finely ground Sasquatch Coffee, or substitute espresso power and hot water with a couple tablespoons of strongly brewed Sasquatch Coffee) 1tablespoon hot water 1small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen 1/4cup fat-free milk 1tablespoon honey 1/2cup Ice cubes Ground cinnamon, optionalDirections
- In a blender combine espresso powder and hot water.
- Let stand 1 minute.
- Add banana, milk, and honey.
- Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice blending to desired consistency.
- Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
