Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1
    teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder (Substitute espresso powder with finely ground Sasquatch Coffee, or substitute espresso power and hot water with a couple tablespoons of strongly brewed Sasquatch Coffee)
  • 1
    tablespoon hot water
  • 1
    small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • 1/4
    cup fat-free milk
  • 1
    tablespoon honey
  • 1/2
    cup Ice cubes
  • Ground cinnamon, optional

Directions

  1. In a blender combine espresso powder and hot water.
  2. Let stand 1 minute.
  3. Add banana, milk, and honey.
  4. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice blending to desired consistency.
  5. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
