2 teacups of Coffee, liquid
300 grams of Ice, cubes
350 grams of Milk
45 grams of Sugar
2 teaspoons of Cocoa, dried
12 grams of Cream

- To prepare the cappuccino milkshake, begin by making about 2 small cups of espresso coffee. Then heat the milk in a saucepan, add the coffee, 3 generous tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder; mix the ingredients well.
- Put about 24 ice cubes in a blender, add the milk and coffee and process at high speed until the ice is crushed and the milkshake turns creamy. Serve immediately in 4 cold glasses and garnish the cappuccino milkshake with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, adding 2 coffee beans on top, if you like.
