What is ‘Eyeshine’? Besides being a delicious, micro-roasted breakfast blend coffee, ‘eyeshine’ refers to a phenomenon some Bigfoot witnesses claim to experience.  During their encounter they describe seeing two “glowing eyes” 7-10 feet off the ground.  The most common color reported is red, but there have cases of amber, green and even blue.

    Medium Roast with plenty of good to the last drop flavor. It’s all about the Flavor. Why go out & waste the gas & add the miles when you can brew an over the top great cup of Coffee at home. Also nice not to be tempted to get anything else you may not need to go along with your great cup of coffee. Highly recommended. 5 stars
