1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 c Freshly-brewed Coffee
1 tbsp Heavy Cream1. Separate yolk from egg white and put yolk into coffee mug. Beat yolk with a fork.
2. Add sugar to egg yolk and mix well.
3. Pour coffee into mug with egg yolk and sugar and stir.
4. Add heavy cream to mug, stir and enjoy.
